This year’s theme of "Building Sustainable Businesses" aims to highlight the importance of innovation in meeting the challenges of the current business environment.

The Hunter Central Coast Innovation Festival 2010 will host a range of events, trade shows, expos and open days that showcase the unique and diverse innovation and intellectual capital in the areas of education, business, government and industry in the Hunter and Central Coast. Innovations that fit the Festival's main theme of "Building Sustainable Business".

The festival promotes a unique opportunity to hear about and/or see innovation emulating from this region and it's highly skilled, dedicated and inventive workforce. The launch of the Hunter Central Coast Innovation Festival will be on the 30th Apirl as part of the Central Coast Economic Breakfast Update and will also include the Central Coast Innovation Expo 2010.
